A meeting of the HFAVC will be held at 3:00 pm on January 27, 2026. The public meeting will be held at the offices of Smith Bigman Brock, P.A., 444 Seabreeze Boulevard, Suite 900, Daytona Beach, FL 32118. All interested citizens may attend in person.
TEFRA Hearings
The HFAVC is holding a TEFRA Hearing by phone for Volusia County at 11:00am on February 9, 2025, on the proposed issuance by the Authority of its Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Sunrise Pointe) Series 2026, in an aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $16,500,000 in one or more series.
